Chairman of the board
Arduino Patacchini, of Italian nationality, was appointed to the post of Director of Multimedia at Eutelsat in April 2000. He manages a team of 40 specialists who are developing new satellite based applications and technologies for business and consumer markets.
Prior to this appointment Arduino Patacchini was Head of Commercial Planning and Development at Eutelsat and Manager of Strategy and Development in the Office of the Director General. He joined Eutelsat in 1981 in order to develop new digital satellite systems in the Technical Department. Arduino Patacchini began his career in Italy in 1977, working on frequencies and time standards at the Italian TLC Ministry, and later in Telespazio as an engineer specialised in new satellite digital telephony systems. He holds a Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University Politecnico di Torino.

Commercial Director and Deputy Executive Director
Renato Giacomo Farina has been Skylogic's Commercial Director since 2005.
He has gained much of his professional experience working for Telespazio, where he successfully coordinated a number of satellite connections which have made the history of Italian television.
Thanks to his commercial activity, Farina has contributed to the development of DTH technology in Italy and on Hot Bird satellites, signing deals with con Stream, Tele+, Rai and Mediaset, thus leading Telespazio to achieve 95% coverage of the tv market.
At Telespazio Farina has held important posts as coordinator and manager of tv commercial activities, finalizing the agreements with foreign companies such as the EBU, the CNN and various Arabian clients. Moreover, for a few years between 1986 and 1991, he worked as coordinating manager of the activities for Mediaset's video-connections to the Centre and South of Italy.
Renato Farina currently holds also the position of Deputy Executive Director post at Skylogic Italia.
