All transmissions via Eutelsat satellites and IP traffic on the value-added services platforms are subject to tightly controlled parameters in order to guarantee high-quality, reliable service for our clients:
\\ The SCC and CSC at Eutelsat's headquarters in Paris control and monitor the satellites and services transmitted over our fleet of satellites.
\\ The NOC at Skylogic's headquarters monitors and controls on a 24-hours basis, 7 days a week, the quality of the IP traffic on our many platforms.
Round-the-clock help desk
Our help desk is at your disposal round-the -clock, 365 days a year, for technical assistance. Skylogic offers guaranteed service level agreements (SLA) and provides skilled engineers to offer customer support. For new terminal activation, we support you 14-hours per day.
Monitoring tools
For customers and service providers, Skylogic has created a password-protected monitoring system providing data on terminals active in the field and information on the traffic for specific customer groups.
