What is a Skylogic channel partner?
A channel partner is a company who provides support to their customers including Tier I technical support, billing and customer service. More specifically, if you are a satellite service reseller, a Corporate ISP, a Telecom operator or a Systems Integrator who offers total networking solutions, you could be a Skylogic channel partner.
What are the minimum requirements for becoming Skylogic channel partner?
\\ Provide customer support Tier I and billing
\\ Be a total Solution Provider and add value to the basic network transport
\\ Have the potential of selling at least 100 systems per year for resellers of off-the-shelf
broadband solutions and 200 systems per year for resellers of Skylogic tailor-made
solutions.
What level of support do Skylogic channel partners provide?
Once you have completed Skylogic training, you will be providing Tier 1 customer support to your end users. This means you will be the single point of contact for all of your customers and will provide First Tier Customer Support for Pre-Sales, Activation, Order and Installation status and Billing. Skylogic will then provide Tier 2 support to the channel partner.
Does it cost anything to apply for the Skylogic Partner Program?
There is no fee for applying for the Skylogic Partner Program, however, you will be asked to commit and guarantee certain sales levels.
